Amazingly juicy and relaxing experience. Gentle movements, yin and restorative postures, deep breathing, a special selection of essential oils, therapeutic touch, singing bowls, and more, are some of the features to expect. At the end of each class you will either float away or ooze out. Either way, you will be relaxed and peaceful, happier and more grounded.

This workshop covers foundation work on scapular and shoulder stabilization, wrist care and strengthening, anatomy of arm balances, detail instruction on various arm balance postures such as: bakasana with side variations, galavasana with two different entrances, bhujapidasana, , tolasana, astavakrasana, vasisthsana with variations, vishvamitrasana, titibasana, eka pada koundinyasan I and II with preparatory postures and different entrances, etc. Of course, the poses offered are customized for the audience and the class level. 

Recommended minimum level of practice is Strong Beginner/Intermediate students.

Feeling stiff? Stressed and out of balance? Love Yin Yoga? Need some quiet time? Do this class! This is a combination of active and passive stretches, interspersed with gentle movement and infused with essential oils and hands on adjustments, enhancements, and pampering. You will end your practice with a blissful shavasana to the sound of the singing bowls. No experience necessary. Almost everyone can do this practice. If you have specific physical concerns, please call ahead of time to discuss them before signing up.
